Join Farmworker Justice for a webinar on the Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. Diana Tellefson Torres and Genevieve Kramer Maciel from the UFW Foundation (UFWF) will explain the application process and its impact on farmworkers.  Topics will include: an explanation of DACA requirements, how workers or their children may benefit from it, how to apply, and how to find quality free or low-cost legal assistance.
